Booking & Confirmation

To secure a reservation for the 14-Day Ultimate Uganda Safari & Adventure Expedition, clients are required to make a minimum booking deposit of 50% of the total safari cost at the time of confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid on the safari departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Victoria Nile Fun Adventures.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Victoria Nile Fun Adventures.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Victoria Nile Fun Adventures (VNFA) understands that travel plans may occasionally change. The following cancellation policy applies to all confirmed bookings:

• Cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 70% refund of the booking fees paid.
• Cancellations made within three (3) days of the scheduled departure date are eligible for a 40% refund of the booking fees paid.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, no-shows, or unused services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise determined by management.
• In lieu of a refund, clients may, subject to availability, elect to transfer their booking to the next scheduled trip or safari departure operated by Victoria Nile Fun Adventures.
• Any costs already incurred for non-refundable permits, accommodation reservations, transportation, or third-party services may be deducted from any applicable refund.
  Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period following approval and confirmation by Victoria Nile Fun Adventures.

Important Notes

• Gorilla trekking permits and certain government-issued permits may be subject to separate cancellation terms imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Refunds are calculated based on the total amount received by Victoria Nile Fun Adventures and may exclude bank transfer charges, transaction fees, and other non-recoverable costs.
• We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
