To secure a reservation for the 14-Day Ultimate Uganda Safari & Adventure Expedition, clients are required to make a minimum booking deposit
of 50% of the total safari cost at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid on the safari departure date, unless otherwise
agreed in writing by Victoria Nile Fun Adventures. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from
Victoria Nile Fun Adventures.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to departure: 70% refund of booking fees paid.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of departure: 40% refund of booking fees paid.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure, no-shows, or unused services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise determined by
  management.
• Clients may, subject to availability, transfer their booking to the next scheduled departure in lieu of a refund.
• Costs already incurred for non-refundable permits, accommodation, transportation, or third-party services may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Important Notes

• Gorilla trekking permits and certain government-issued permits may be subject to separate cancellation terms imposed by the relevant authorities.
• Refunds are calculated based on the total amount received and may exclude bank transfer charges, transaction fees, and other non-recoverable costs.
• We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal
  belongings.
